Pre 6 Month BSA Warranty

Purpose of Report:

The objective of this Report is to provide sufficient information on the condition of the property to allow the client to make informed decisions on maintenance and will provide sufficient detail to issue to the builder for rectification of any maintenance or structural issues covered in their Builder's warranty. The report will also include a detailed inspection of plans and other documentation to identify any omissions on behalf of the builder. The report will also be suitable to issue to the Building Services Authority with a claim for rectification works.

Result Interpretation:

Qualified and experienced staff in accordance with our Quality Management system will interpret the survey results.

Property Condition Report:

A complete Report will be prepared and contain detailed information on the current condition and any maintenance or structural issues present.
