Safety Risk Assesments and Reports

Health and Safety Audits or Safety Risk Assessment as they are sometimes called should be an essential report that every commercial and residential complex should carry out at least every 2 years.

With the litigation process so strong these days, a trip or fall could financially ruin a business or at the very least impact on your insurance - that is if the insurance will cover you after investigating and finding that there were potential hazards on site that had not been identified.

QBM are experts in hazard identification and reporting.

QBM will conduct a complete inspection of all common property or both internal and external areas if required of a building or complex by qualified Health and Safety Officers, and provide a comprehensive written report with photographic evidence.

This includes providing a clear identification of all hazards that are present, a complete risk assessment analysis and include recommendations for the rectification of the hazards to ensue that the building or complex complies to the following legislation:
     The Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995
     The Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 1997
