Division 10 Reports

Purpose of Report:

The objective of this Report is to provide sufficient information on the current condition of the property prior to any neighboring construction works and to allow the client to make informed strategic asset planning and management decisions.

Property Condition Report:

A complete Report will be prepared and contain detailed information on the following:

• Structural condition of building/s
• Listing and condition of each building element
• Condition and listing of all surrounds to each building including parking and paths.
• Photographic evidence.

Inspection Process:

• QBM will undertake this survey only using trained, experienced and qualified personnel.
• QBM will inspect the site in detail. All areas and all floors will be inspected.
• QBM will not take for granted that each floor level is the same and not inspect each floor.
• Provide photographic illustration of identified issues.
• Provide a detailed description and location of any identified issues.
