When it is not possible to get a committee due to absentee owners or lack of interest, a Strata Manager will be appointed to conduct the functions of a Committee and each of the Executive Members.
QBM will supply a report to enable the BCM to report to each member of the Body Corporate or Owners Corporation each quarter. The report will cover those items normally monitored by a Committee.
The report to cover:
- Repairs and Maintenance to common property
- Planned repairs and maintenance for the next 3 months
- Financial reporting of sinking and administration funds
