What does this service involve and include for the Bodies Corporate?

QBM will examine the Care Takers contract, then visit the site and carry out a condition assessment of the complex, paying particular attention to the requirements of the contract.  A detailed written report with photographic evidence will be supplied to the Bodies Corporate.

QBM are fully licensed and insured (with all required BSA licensing) and only use trained and qualified inspectors to carry out these projects on your behalf.
