BMS Shared Services
This report will assess all areas and facilities that are shared between the residential and commercial units within the complex.
The services of an Electrical Engineer will be utilised to assess the power loads and anticipated usage for individual electrical facilities within the complex to assist with the accurate split of costs between the residential and commercial units.
The final report will be based upon the BMS and give recommendations on the actual split of costs that should be apportioned between the residentail and commercial units in accordance with the BMS.
